Ms. G, Mentor & Coach of Career Development & Leadership Coaching (CDLC) Inc. She is considered an expert in the market with over ten years of working with youth and adults in Career Development. Ms. G has a bachelor's and master's degree in Mass Media and Corporate Communication. She is a graduate of two of the oldest HBCUs in the nation, Wilberforce and Bowie State Universities.

Ms. G has worked with organizations such as the Department of Juvenile Services, The Mayor's Office of Employment Development, Catholic Charities, The State of Maryland Workforce Exchange, Boys & Girls Club, Baltimore Police Department, States, and US Attorney's Offices. As a public servant, she has served and touched many lives and is now sharing her expertise with the greater community utilizing skills in career development, training, motivational speaking, mentoring, and advocacy.
