Falema Graham (Affectionately known to her clients as Ms. G), Cheif Innovation Officer of Career Development & Leadership Coaching (CDLC) Inc. She is considered an expert in the market with over ten years of working with youth and adults in Career Development. Ms. G has a bachelor's and master's degree in Mass Media and Corporate Communication. She is a graduate of two of the oldest HBCUs in the nation, Wilberforce and Bowie State Universities.

Ms. G has worked with organizations such as the Department of Juvenile Services, The Mayor's Office of Employment Development, Catholic Charities, The State of Maryland Workforce Exchange, Boys & Girls Club, Baltimore Police Department, States, and US Attorney's Offices. As a public servant, she has served and touched many lives and is now sharing her expertise with the greater community utilizing skills in career development, training, motivational speaking, mentoring, and victim advocacy.
