Work directly with young people by assisting with programs and serving as mentors to instill a sense of hope, confidence and opportunity. CDLC 4 Youth believes that volunteers play a valuable role in transforming the lives of our youth! In as little as one hour a  week can make a positive and meaningful impact in a child's life.
